acronyms explained

01.

Gifted/PR

If something was Gifted or PR, often displayed as “gifted/pr”, it means that I have received this item (book, merch, etc) from an outside source I am not affiliated with, i.e. a Publisher or Business. When I receive a Gifted/PR item, it does not influence my decision on how I review or post about it. This can be something I was or wasn’t expecting, and I will always declare in text on the screen when something has been sent as PR to let you know that I did not purchase it. My views still remain my own.

02.

Self-Purchased/Non-PR

If an item/book is purchased by myself it will be displayed as self-purchased/non-pr. This means that I bought the book/item myself or that it was given to me by a friend or family member. These views are still my own and does not influence any decision making.

NOTE: If a book/item falls out of these guidelines, this will be clearly marked. Views still remain my own.
