Saturday Fun-day: Book Superlatives (as started on “The Perpetual Page-Turner”)
Another day, another fun bookish themed fun day as started on Jamie’s (The Perpetual Page Turner) blog! This week it’s all about “senior superlatives” from yearbooks and these are some awards that we each get to give books and characters!
Most Likely To Change The World
Cutest Couple
Anna and St. Clair from Anna and the French Kiss.
Class Clown
Most Likely To Become Famous For Their Athletic/Musical/Artistic Abilities
I have to agree with Jamie on this one. Mia from If I Stay would be my best guess.
All Around Good Person
Claire from The Morganville Series by Rachel Caine. She was very selfless, and usually put everyone else she cared about before herself, and always took the fall for them.
Biggest Flirt
Patch from Hush, Hush.
Most Likely To Be Fought Over
Jace from City of Bones, Patch from Hush, Hush or St. Clair from Anna and the French Kiss.
Mostly Likely To Be Friends Forever
Kate and Charlotte from the Revenant’s series by Amy Plum. They had such a strong and immediate friendship in the whole trilogy, and I could see them being friends forever.
Most Likely To Have Their Own Reality Show
Alison DiLaurentis from Pretty Little Liars by Sara Shepard. There’s no doubt all the cameras would be on her with the popularity she had and craved.
Most Unique
Lola from Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins.
Most Likely To Survive An Apocalypse
Melanie from The Host by Stephenie Meyer.
Most Likely To Be A Villain
Anyone from the Pretty Little Liars series. You can never be too careful in Rosewood.
Biggest Wallflower
Lani from Something Like Fate by Susane Colasanti.
Most Likely To Break Your Heart
Georgia Mercier from Die For Me. She never got attached to anyone in the first two books in the trilogy, and although she didn’t have the best taste, she had so many different dates all the time!
Most Changed
Most Likely To Get Arrested
Pia from Brooklyn Girls by Gemma Burgess. Actually, she was arrested, but there’s no stopping her again! Haha.
Self Proclaimed God/Goddess
Jules from Die For Me, Until I Die & If I Should Die. He was a real player, and thought he was a god. Well, he kind of was in the whole Supernatural sense, but anyways…
Best Person To Bring Home To Mom & Dad
Vincent from Die For Me by Amy Plum. Kate actually brought him to her Grandparent’s house and they loved him. Even if he was hundreds of years old!
Books
Most Likely To Make You Cry
Characters
I’m voting Alina and Mal from Shadow & Bone.
Jessica Darling from The Jessica Darling series. Maybe her classmates wouldn’t have recognized her hilarity but luckily we as the reader get to!
Asha from Speechless – she wasn’t a main character but she definitely left an impression on me!
Willem from Just One Day/Just One Year — love him but he’s a FLIRT!
Probably Dimitri from Vampire Academy or St. Clair from Anna and the French Kiss. I see LOTS of people always claiming them a fictional crush. I’d fight too! PUT EM UP!
Aria & Roar from Under The Never Sky series — even though Perry & Roar were bffs first I think in Through The Ever Night Aria and Roar solidified their friendship having gone through what they did together.
Elise From This Song Will Save Your Life — it wouldn’t be a
trashy reality show but like a reality show based on what it’s like to
be a teen dj.
Lola from Lola and the Boy Next Door — her sense of style is SO unique!
Lynn from Not A Drop To Drink
President Snow from The Hunger Games series
Cather from Fangirl
Margo from Paper Towns — poor Q! Somebody like Margo is bound to be break some hearts!
Aria from Under the Never Sky & Through The Ever Night!
Frankie from The Disreputable History Of Frankie Landau-Banks
Jace from City of Bones — so, so full of himself
